Privacy notice

1. Who we are

Vue Parc is the trading name of Vue Parc LLC, a limited liability company organised in Florida, United States. We are the controller of the information described here. Write to studio@vueparc.com.

2. What we collect

We collect information in four places.

• The application: the house's name, website and Instagram, your name and email, what you need first, your title, and how you heard of us. We also read what is public on that website and Instagram, to prepare your brand kit.
• Payment: your card or bank account, and where tax applies your billing address, are held by Stripe, which charges the card or account. The studio never sees or stores your card number; it sees the last four digits, the card brand and the payment status.
• The work: what you write and attach on your private platform, the files in your shared Google Drive folder, and email between us.
• The site: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site, and counts page views with its own cookieless analytics, which keep no personal identifiers. If you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics also counts your visit and sets its own cookies; decline it and Google Analytics never loads. We run no advertising trackers and set no other cookies of our own; Stripe Checkout sets the cookies it needs to take a payment.

3. Why we use it

To consider your application, to run your subscription and deliver the work, to bill you, to answer you, to keep the records the law requires of us, and to protect the studio and its people. Where the law of your country asks for a legal basis: the contract between us, our legitimate interest in running a small studio well, and our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

4. Who else handles it

We share information only with the providers we need to run the subscription and make the work, each under its own terms and for the purpose named:

• Stripe (payments and the billing portal)
• Trello, by Atlassian (the software behind your private platform)
• Google (your shared folder, our email, and Google Analytics if you accept it)
• Resend (the emails the site sends)
• Vercel (hosting and cookieless page analytics)
• Apify (reads the public Instagram profile named on your application)
• The artificial intelligence image and video tools our creative directors work in, such as ChatGPT by OpenAI and Higgsfield (your briefs, product photography and references, to make the work)
• The studio's creative directors, each bound in writing to confidentiality

5. Where it lives

These providers store information in the United States and, in some cases, elsewhere. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards each provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

• Applications we decline: twelve months. Waitlist entries: while the brand is on the waitlist and twelve months after it leaves it. After that we stop using them and remove them from our own records. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires of it.
• Client records, invoices and correspondence: seven years after the subscription ends, for tax and accounting law.
• Your private platform: archived when the subscription ends. Your shared folder: open for 90 days after the subscription ends, then closed. The studio keeps a copy of delivered work, shown only as section 10 of the terms allows.
• Server logs: 30 days.

7. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted where we no longer need it, receive a copy of it, or object to a use of it. Write to studio@vueparc.com and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you may also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Children

The studio works with businesses. The site and the subscription are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes
